In the week of 11 September 2023, Oslo District Court will hear the claims of three NAV victims against the Norwegian State. This is a pilot case that could form the basis of a class action. In view of the significance of the matter, the District Court will be composed of a presiding professional judge and two lay judges. The plaintiffs will be represented by Baudenbacher Kvernberg, Lawyers & Advisors.
