Bjørn Kvernberg

Bjørn Kvernberg has over 30 years of experience practising and advising in all areas of Norwegian, EEA, and international business law and trying cases before all Norwegian courts. He is admitted to the Norwegian Bar and also served as a deputy judge for two years. Prior to that, Bjørn for several years worked on industrial cooperation agreements for new fighter aircrafts for the Norwegian Air Force, on repayment contracts with sovereign states in the context of arms purchases, and on the development of a new aircraft for medical purposes.

Bjørn is the lead attorney in the NAV-Scandal class action, the largest legal scandal in Norway since the Second World War involving up to 100,000 victims from Norway and abroad.
