Laura Melusine Baudenbacher’s practice focuses on class actions, investment protection, energy law, and sports and entertainment law under EU, EEA, and economic human rights rules. She gained ample experience in European and international business law working in Tier 1 English and US-American law firms and is admitted to the bars in Belgium and Switzerland. Laura Melusine also clerked for the former President of the Swiss Federal Administrative Tribunal. On 1 January 2023, she took office as the President of the Swiss Competition Commission (ComCo), a part-time position.

Laura Melusine has advised European, American, Russian, and Asian clients on issues ranging from Swiss, German, and EU/EEA business law to EU and Swiss banking law and Swiss private and administrative law.

Laura Melusine is a frequent speaker at conferences and universities and has published widely on Swiss and European business law. She is also a lecturer at the University of Luxembourg.
